You can request a reservation via the booking system on the website or by e-mail. You will receive a reply within 3 days whether the request is approved for the desired period. The reservation is final after receiving the deposit of 30% and our confirmation. All this is according to our general rental conditions.
Please note! In July and August, with Christmas holiday and Carnaval you can book from 7 nights; other periods are possible from 4 nights.
We do not rent Casa Tie for parties, groups of youngsters, student associations. Pets are not allowed. The apartments are non-smoking.
Booking and payment by bank transfer
We ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount, excluding the security deposit, within 7 days of booking. With the deposit you agree to the general terms and conditions (see below) that you confirmed with the reservation request.
7 weeks before arrival you will receive an e-mail with the request to transfer the remaining amount, including the deposit of € 250,00 within 7 days in its entirety.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount, including the deposit of € 250,00 must be paid within 7 days and in its entirety before arrival.
Cancellation by e-mail
Up to 42 days before arrival: loss of the 30% deposit. From 42 days until arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% payable. We recommend to take out a cancellation insurance.
All this is in accordance with our general rental terms and conditions.
On arrival
The accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. The arrival is between 16.00 and 19:00. The guest contacts the local manager for the key handover. The keys can be picked up on Wednesday or Saturday at the tourist office in Colle Santa Lucia or our local manager will provide instructions and the code to access the secure key box.

On departure
Departure is until 10:00. After departure, leave the apartment tidy, in original condition and (broom) clean. Take food with you again. Return the keys to the Tourist Office. If you leave before 9:00 or if the tourist office is closed, you can return the keys in the key box as arranged. The local manager will do the final check.
Before arrival we will ask you to send a photo/copy of all identity cards. As a tourist accommodation, we are required to register our guests and report them to the municipality for any emergencies and for travel statistics. If sending privacy information is not desirable, there is the option of showing proof of identity at the tourist office no later than the 2nd day. Tourist tax is included in the booking price for bookings until winter 2024/2025. Tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night (from 13 years of age) and maximum 10 nights per stay.
Casa Tie is furnished with care and love to ensure a comfortable holiday. We expect our guests to be respectful of nature, the surroundings, the house, the furnishings and the utensils.
Silence
Please be aware of other guest. The quiet hours are from 11:00 to 7:30.
Entering with shoes
Please do not enter the living room/kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets with solid shoes or walking and ski boots. Please place your shoes in the entrance hall.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please smoke only outside and dispose of any cigarette ends.
Fire safety
It is not allowed to put towels and other objects on the electric radiators in the rooms because of fire safety. To dry clothes and towels, use only the towel radiators in the bathrooms or hang them outside.
It is not allowed to burn candles in the accommodation, to raclette/stone grill/gourmette or make a fire outside because of fire safety. Only use the ‘stufa’ and stove according to instructions.
Furniture
Please use only the sun loungers or picknick table for outdoor use.
Third parties
It is not permitted to invite third parties (not guests) to the accommodation, to use the accommodation or to organise parties.
Other
It is not allowed to park a camper or caravan on the communal car park.
Drones are not allowed on the private premises and the common car park in front of the house.
Think of the climate and drive together as much as possible. Parking is free on common ground at the top in front of the house. On the side of the barn house (right) please keep a parking space free for the neighbours. There is room for max. 2 cars.
Locals, the municipality, rubbish truck and snow plough run on this spot. You take this into account by parking your car as far as possible to the house side (left).
If there are not enough places available at the time of arrival, we ask you to unload your luggage first and then park at the top of the village of Canazei at the junction of Via Tie in the general car park for free.
Waste separation according to the regional rules:
There are 3 containers at the top in front of the house with the inscription Casa Tie.

fruit and vegetable waste (in the garden on the side of the front door, behind the bushes)
Free wifi is available in the apartment. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV (Astra 1 with a.o. German language channels). 4G/5G works in the area with various Italian providers.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are present in the apartments. The beds are made upon arrival. Bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels are included. The reserved beds are made upon arrival. When booking more than 7 nights, kitchen and bath towels will be changed. When staying more than 10 nights, bedlinnen will also be changed and bathrooms and toilets will be cleaned extra.
Please bring your own bath towels if you are going to swim. Our bath towels are only for use inside Casa Tie. !If you want to wash the towels please wash them together with white laundry!
A baby camping cot is available upon request. You can however bring your own cot. For children up to 4 years old, we can provide a mattress and make it up on request. A high chair (similar to Stokke) is available.
Each apartment has a De Longhi coffee Nespresso machine with milk dispenser. The original cups are for sale at the supermarkets in Cencenighe or Agordo. We recommend bringing these with you.
Furthermore, each apartment has a boiling water tap, dishwasher, refrigerator, combi oven and induction hob. Manuals can be found in the kitchen drawer or cupboard. The large apartment has a washing machine on the ground floor behind the wooden wall of the separate toilet.
The small supermarket in Colle Santa Lucia offers everything for your breakfast, from fresh bread, milk, spreads, yoghurt to muesli. For daily shopping there are supermarkets in Selva di Cadore and Alleghe (10-20 minutes drive). In Cencenighe and Agordo you can find larger supermarkets.
There are 2 restaurants in Colle Santa Lucia: Fursil (in the village, 20 min. walk) and Belvedere (viewpoint, 10 min. walk). Both are open from 9:00 in the main season. They serve traditional Ladin and Italian dishes, pastas, polenta, meat and vegetarian dishes. Fursil is also known for its delicious pizzas. In the surrounding villages, there are numerous dining options.
In case of power failure, water damage and other calamities you can contact our manager. If necessary, he will call a third party to solve the problem. In case of illness you can go to the doctor’s office in Selva di Cadore, Colle Santa Lucia or Caprile (Guarda Medica). For opening hours, ask the tourist office. There is a pharmacy in Selva di Cadore and in Caprile.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay. Damage must be reported to our manager. He will contact us to discuss the damage. The costs of replacement or repair will be deducted from the deposit. If the repair costs are higher than the deposit, we will charge them in full.
We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Via the contact and booking form on the website or e-mail you provide us with the data necessary to process and complete your request, reservation and booking. We only process necessary personal data, such as: first and last name, address details, e-mail address, telephone number so that we can mail, invoice and, if necessary, call you.
We only use the personal data internally for our services or to improve our website. We do not share or make the data available to third parties unless we are required to do so by law, regulation or court order.
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate security measures against loss of or unauthorised access to the personal data. We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.
Retention period
We will not store your data any longer than necessary for the purpose, taking into account the applicable legal retention obligations.
