You can request a reservation through our online booking system or by email. Within 3 days, you will receive confirmation of availability for your requested period. A reservation is finalized once we receive a 30% deposit along with our confirmation, in accordance with our general rental conditions.
Please note: During July, August, Christmas, and Carnival periods, bookings are only possible for a minimum of 7 nights. At other times, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies.
Important: Casa Tie is not available for parties. Pets are not allowed, and the apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Booking and payment by bank transfer
We kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount (excluding the security deposit) within 7 days of booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to our general terms and conditions, which you confirmed with your reservation request.
Payment of the Remaining Balance
7 weeks before arrival: You will receive an email requesting payment of the remaining amount, including the security deposit of € 250. Please transfer the full amount within 7 days.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival: The full amount, including the €250 security deposit, must be paid in full within 7 days and before arrival.
Additional costs
The costs for preparation, final cleaning, and washing of towels and bed linen are € 300 for both apartments (small apartment € 140, large apartment € 160). The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night (from 13 years of age) and maximum 10 nights per stay.
Cancellation by e-mail
Up to 42 days before arrival: loss of the 30% deposit. From 42 days until arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% of the booking is payable. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
All of the above is in accordance with our general rental terms and conditions.

– Secure storage room for bikes and skis.
On arrival
The accommodation is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00. Guests should contact the local manager for key handover. The manager will provide instructions and the code to access the secure key box.
On departure
Departure is until 10:00. Please leave the apartment tidy, in its original condition, and broom-clean. Take all food items with you. Return the keys to the key box as agreed with our manager; she will carry out the final check.
Before your arrival, we kindly ask you to send a photo or copy of all identity cards. As a tourist accommodation, we are required to register our guests and report them to the local municipality for emergency purposes and travel statistics. If you prefer not to send your personal information, you can make an appointment with Giulia by the second day of your stay to show your passports or identity cards

Casa Tie has been furnished with care and love to ensure a comfortable holiday. We expect our guests to treat nature, the surroundings, the house, the furnishings, and all utensils with respect.
Silence
Please be aware of other guest. The quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:30.
Entering with shoes
Please do not enter the living room/kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets with solid shoes or walking and ski boots. Please place your shoes in the entrance hall.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please smoke only outside and dispose of any cigarette ends.
Fire safety
For safety reasons, do not place towels or other items on the electric radiators in the rooms. Use only the towel radiators in the bathrooms or hang items outside to dry.
Candles, raclette/stone grill/gourmet sets, and open fires outside are not permitted.
Only use the stufa and the wood-burning stove according to the instructions provided.
Furniture
Please use only the sun loungers, benches, and picnic table designated for outdoor use.
Third parties
It is not permitted to invite non-registered guests to the accommodation, to let them use the facilities, or to organise parties.
Drones
Drones are not permitted on the private property or on the communal car park in front of the house.
Think of the climate and carpool whenever possible. Parking is free on the shared area at the top, in front of the house. There is space for a maximum of two cars.
Our neighbour, locals, the municipality, the rubbish truck and the snowplough use this spot. Please take this into account by parking your car as far as possible towards the house side (to the left of the street lantern).
If no parking spaces are available upon your arrival, we kindly ask you to unload your luggage first and then park for free at the top of the village of Canazei, at the junction of Via Tie, in the public car park.
Our house is heated using a heat pump and solar energy. The heat pump provides 300 liters of hot water and 300 liters of warm water, calculated for 8 guests. If all the hot water is used at once, it takes 6–8 hours to produce the same amount again.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided in the apartments. The reserved beds are made up upon arrival.
For stays longer than 4 nights, kitchen and bath towels will be replaced if necessary. For stays of 10 nights or more, the bathrooms and toilets will receive an extra cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, the bed linen will also be changed.
Please bring your own bath towels if you plan to go swimming, as the towels provided are for indoor use at Casa Tie only. If you wish to wash the towels, please wash them together with white laundry only.
A baby camping cot up to 3 years is available upon request. We can provide a mattress with a shed and make it up on request. A high chair (similar to Stokke) is available.
4G WiFi – we use the same technology as smartphones. The connection is usually good, but sometimes the internet may be slower. Unfortunately, fiber optic internet is not yet available in our hamlet. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV (Astra 1 with a.o. German language channels).
Each apartment is equipped with a De’Longhi Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother. Original Nespresso capsules are available for purchase at supermarkets in Cencenighe or Agordo, and we recommend bringing your own if you prefer.
Furthermore, each apartment has a boiling water tap, dishwasher, refrigerator, combi oven and induction hob. Manuals can be found in the kitchen drawer or cupboard. The large apartment has a washing machine on the ground floor behind the wooden wall of the separate toilet.
The small supermarket in Colle Santa Lucia offers everything for your breakfast, from fresh bread, milk, spreads, yoghurt to muesli and fruit. For daily shopping there are supermarkets in Selva di Cadore and Alleghe (10-20 minutes drive). In Cencenighe and Agordo you can find larger supermarkets.
There are 2 restaurants in Colle Santa Lucia: Fursil (in the village, 20 min. walk) and Belvedere (viewpoint, 10 min. walk). They serve traditional Ladin and Italian dishes, pastas, polenta, meat and vegetarian dishes. Fursil (open in main season) is known for its delicious pizzas. Nearby Passo Giau is located Da Aurelio – a high and creative cuisine restaurant which uses the finest local products of the Dolomites.
The surrounding area also offers numerous other dining options, such as Malga Giau and the mountain hut Rifugio Città di Fiume.
In case of a power outage, water damage, or other emergencies, you can contact our manager. If necessary, she will call a third party to resolve the issue. In case of illness, medical assistance is available at the doctor’s offices in Selva di Cadore, Colle Santa Lucia, or Caprile (Guardia Medica). For opening hours, please ask the local tourist office. Pharmacies are located in Selva di Cadore and Caprile.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay. Any damage must be reported to our manager, who will contact us to assess the situation. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the repair costs exceed the deposit, the additional amount will be charged separately.
We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Through the contact and booking forms on our website, or via email, you provide us with the personal data necessary to process and complete your inquiry, reservation, or booking. We only process the personal data that is strictly necessary, such as your first and last name, address, email address, and telephone number, so that we can communicate with you, issue invoices, and contact you if needed.
We use personal data solely for our internal purposes, such as providing our services or improving our website. We do not share or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order.
We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate security measures to prevent loss or unauthorized access.
Retention period
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account the applicable legal retention requirements.
